Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Captivated Gifts is committed to making CaptivatedGifts.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Many of our keepsakes mark a loss, and we want every visitor to be able to find, understand, and order them without difficulty.
What we are working toward
We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. As we add products, pages, and features, we review them with these goals in mind:
- Text that can be resized and read at sufficient contrast
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Navigation that works with a keyboard alone
- Clear, descriptive link and button labels
- Form fields with visible, associated labels
- A layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops
Third-party content
Some parts of our site rely on third-party services — including our checkout, payment providers, and embedded content. We do not control the accessibility of those services, but we choose partners who take accessibility seriously, and we will help you complete an order through another channel if you encounter a barrier.
Need help, or found a problem?
If any part of this website is difficult to use, or if you would like help placing an order, please contact us:

When you write to us, it helps if you can describe the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We take this seriously and will work with you directly — including taking your order over email if that is easier for you.
We welcome your feedback. Reports of accessibility barriers help us fix them.
