Personalization and Accuracy

Every personalized item is printed exactly as the information is submitted at the time of order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, spelling, and photos you provide. Please review your details carefully before completing checkout — once an order enters production, we cannot correct a spelling or date that was submitted incorrectly, and a typo submitted by the customer is not considered a defect.

If you notice a mistake, email support@captivatedgifts.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to catch it before production begins.

Photos and Image Rights

By uploading or sending us a photograph or other artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it, and that its use does not infringe on the rights of any other person or party. You agree to hold Captivated Gifts harmless from any claim arising from the images you provide.

Color, Material, and Handmade Variation

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, screens and monitors render color differently, and printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your device. Because each item is produced individually, minor variation in color, placement, or finish is normal and is not considered a defect.

Outdoor Products and Normal Wear

Flags and other outdoor items are textiles exposed to sun, wind, rain, and weather. Fading, fraying, and wear that result from outdoor exposure over time are normal and are not manufacturing defects. Please follow any care instructions provided with your item.

Hardware is not included unless expressly stated on the product page. Garden flags do not include a stand, house flags do not include a bracket or pole, and pole flags do not include a pole.

Commemorative and Memorial Designs

Our memorial and tribute designs are original works created by Captivated Gifts. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any government agency, military branch, fire or police department, first-responder organization, or official memorial foundation.
